Refund policy

At Samuraii, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

The only exception: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no extra cost.

To raise a damaged product claim:

  • Email us at samuraiiindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and a clear photo or video of the damage
  • We will review and respond within 2 business days.

We take quality seriously. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.
