3. Orders & Payment: By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Full payment is required at checkout.

4. Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days across India. A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is if a product arrives damaged — in which case, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

6. Intellectual Property: All content on this website — including the Samuraii name, logo, photography, and copy — is owned by Samuraii. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
